The gas mask is mainly composed of mask and filter. The mask body is treated by adopting rubber injection molding process, which has tight sealing, good leak tightness and frosted surface, and can be used with protective garment; the sealing frame has double reversely folded edges structure, which is comfortable to wear; the face shield of the mask is made of polycarbonate, which has good optical performance and impact resistance; the lens is water-blocking type, which can ensure a clear field of vision; the respiratory communication device ensures a clear voice and small loss of sound transmission; the five headbands can be adjusted according to the head circumference of the wearer.
The mask can be used in direct conjunction with the class-2 or used with class-3 filters through breathing hose. The gas mask can be equipped with various types of filters according to the protection requirements.
The product can effectively protect its users from such toxic and harmful gases as chemical pollution, biological aerosol and radioactive dust. Moreover, it protects the respiratory organs, eyes and facial skins of personnel exposed in toxic and harmful environment from any injury caused by toxic gases in the environment
Application
Test method 1: Cover the exhalation valve with the palm of the hand and exhale slowly. If the face feels a certain pressure, but there is no air leakage between the face and the mask, it means that the wearing tightness is good; If there is leakage between the face and the mask, it is necessary to re-adjust the headband and the mask to eliminate the leakage phenomenon.
Test method 2: Cover the connecting port of the filter box seat with the palm of your hand, slowly inhale, if you feel breathing difficulties, it means that the mask is well sealed. If you feel that you can inhale air, you need to readjust the position of the mask and adjust the tightness of the headband to eliminate air leakage.
Do the tightness test according to the above method 1 and method 2 until the tightness is good.
